Initial defects in the HUMAX router
· The warranty period of initial defects is 30 days from the date of purchase.
· The receipt is required as proof of purchase.
· If it is difficult to provide proof of purchase, the date of purchase can be provisionally designated from the manufacturing date.
· When an initial defect is confirmed through the customer center, a defective product is replaced with a new one.
· If you want to get a refund on your product, you can receive it from the relevant vendor.
· In case of an initial defect, be sure to bring all components that came with the product.
General defects in the HUMAX router
· The warranty period of general defects is more than 30 days, or less than two years from the date of purchase. (In case of original product registration, up to three years)
· The receipt is required as proof of purchase.
· If it is difficult to provide proof of purchase, the date of purchase can be provisionally designated from the manufacturing date.
· When a general defect is confirmed through the customer center, a defective product is replaced with a new or a refurbished one.
· In case of a general defect, be sure to bring all components that came with the product.
HUMAX router product warranty policy
· Only products distributed through SDF International Co., Ltd. are covered by the warranty.
· The warranty period of this product is two years from the date of purchase indicated on the receipt.
· Original product registration through the HUMAX website provides an additional one-year warranty. (Up to three years from the date of purchase)
· When requesting service for product defect within the period of warranty, be sure to submit your purchase receipt.
· In case of loss of receipt, warranty service is provided based on 27 months from the manufacturing date.

Exclusions of the HUMAX router warranty
· This original product warranty service applies only to HUMAX-branded products.
· No warranty service is provided for HUMAX software.
· In case of customer negligence (damage, external disconnection, flooding, modification, etc.), no replacement or after-sales service is provided;
neither is after-sales service provided in case of product defect resulting from contaminants, accidental incidents, natural disaster, etc.
· Disassembly, modification, or artificial damage caused by the user is not covered by the after-sales service.
· The manufacturer and vendor have no responsibility for any damage caused by noncompliance with the HUMAX product use guidelines.
